For more than 35 years, Zidan had built a strong reputation throughout the San Francisco Bay Area as a trusted painting contractor. While the company had evolved to offer a broad range of construction, restoration, carpentry, framing, waterproofing, and repair services, its digital presence still positioned the business primarily as a painting company. This created a disconnect between the services customers were seeking and the experience they encountered online. Prospective clients looking for construction services often arrived at
the website only to find a brand heavily focused on painting. The result was unnecessary cognitive friction, reduced engagement, and missed opportunities to showcase the company's full capabilities. Zidan needed a digital strategy that accurately reflected who they had become while preserving the trust and reputation they had built over decades.

Our Strategy

STEP ONE, rather than rebuilding the website, Power Marketing SF focused on repositioning Zidan’s existing digital presence to better reflect the company’s evolution from a painting contractor to a full-service construction and painting company.

We updated the website’s messaging, visuals, and service content to showcase Zidan’s broader capabilities while making it easier for visitors to understand the full scope of services offered.

To reinforce this positioning, we launched ZidanBuildAndPaint.com and connected it to the existing website. The new domain immediately communicates both core service categories, reduces customer confusion, and better aligns the online experience with the company’s current business model.
